Vip Nannies is a personalized recruitment consulant service for families looking for a highly experienced, qualified child care professional. Families wanting to employ one our Vip Nannies must commit to the following:
- Provide a private bedroom for the candidate. Sharing a nursery can be acceptable if the candidate also has private quarters to retreat to in her/his free time. Vip Nannies can share a hotel room with the children whilst travelling
- Agree to the Vip Nannies conditions which specify that the family:
- Limit child care to a maximum of 60 hours per week extending over no more than 6 days per week. Rota and 24/7 positions are also possible.
- Give the candidate a minimum of 2 evenings off per week
- Give the candidate a minimum of 1 day off per week (24 hours)
- Give the candidate at least one complete weekend off per month (Friday evening to Monday morning)
- Pay the candidate a minimum of £500.00 per week
- Give the candidate one month off with regular salary after one year's stay (shorter stays are calculated pro-rata)
- Include the candidate, when possible, in family meals, outings, holidays and other events.
- Pay the candidate a travel contribution of £200.00 on conclusion of the agreed length of stay
- Pay the candidate a completion bonus equivalent to one week's salary on conclusion of the agreed length of stay
- Agree to abide by Vip Nannies regulations and to meet obligations undertook with the candidate (set out by the family in their brief given to Charlotte Collis).
- Arrange for the candidate to be picked up at the airport, on arrival
- Give at least two week's notice to terminate the agreement early.
