All our teachers:
- Will be 18 years old or older.

Will have prior teaching experience having taught in a pre-school, nursery, kindergarten, primary, middle or secondary school. Others will have experience having taught in a language school or worked as a private governess or tutor.
- Will be English Mother Tongue. Candidates will be British, Irish, Australian, American, Canadian, South African and New Zealand.
- Will have a teaching qualification such as a TEFL certificate, have a degree in education, or will be a graduate who has completed teacher training and will be qualifiied to teach in a primary or secondary school.
- Will be motivated to provide quality teaching in a school overseas and experience the local culture.
- Will submit a medical certificate and police check before arrival.
- Will have successfully passed extensive screening procedures carried out by our staff and interview with verification of references, id, criminal record check and have provided at least two employment references and a medical certificate.
- Will pay their own fare over.
