Totalnannies.com is an independent web publication and exists to facilitate the introduction of prospective families searching for a nanny, mother's help or au-pair to candidates seeking a host family. Our function is to screen candidates on behalf of host families, interview them and verify their references.

Whilst we may suggest candidates to host families based on the families requirements it is the host family who makes the final decision whether to accept a candidate in their family. We cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred or damage to personal belongings or to third parties by candidates or host families.

We are not responsible for obtaining travel documents, visas, or work permits or meeting legal requirements for working in a particular country. This is the sole responsibility of the host family and the candidate and must be done, where necessary, prior to arrival in the host country.

Documents and photographs submitted to us are not returnable and become our property. In exceptional circumstances we will consider returning documents after receiving £10.00 payment to cover our expenses. All material submitted to us may be used by us in promotional material, electronic or paper even after the family or candidate has cancelled their application.

We are not responsible for the content or quality of products or services advertised on our web site or to which our web site links. These are independently owned and operated and whose content is solely their own.
