In an effort to recognize commitment of schools who choose our company for their staffing needs, we are pleased to offer a rolling scale discount ranging from 10% to maximum 40% based on the number of teachers you employ from us in one given year.
Agency fees include:
- Recruitment, interviewing and selection of qualified English Mother Tongue teachers.
- Verification of the teacher's background, work experience, references and qualifications.
- Consultancy services during placement.
- Totalnannies.com will also assist the school with the selection of a replacement teacher if necessary in case of incompatibility within the first six weeks of arrival after having paid the teacher's travel contribution (except when the teacher has been removed from the school because of an exploitative situation).
Agency fees do not include:
- Extraordinary Telephone and Social Media expenses.
- Teacher's' travel contribution after completion of agreed length of stay.
- Teacher's completion bonus after completion of agreed length of stay
- Teacher's salary.
