Description of home and locality:	Maksim and I live above Florence, in Fiesole, in a house in a beautiful park with a vegetable garden and woods. It is like the countryside but walking distance to the town of Fiesole and a bus/car/bicycle ride into Florence (about 20 minutes). Public transport is available as well as an electric bicycle or my car if I am not using it. We visit my mother's house in Bolgheri at times, a lot in summer, which is by the sea, with a garden, swimming pool and 5 dogs.

Description of candidate's accommodation:	At home in Fiesole there is a little separate apartment with a bed, kitchenette and shower, just by the main house where Maksim and I live. Both our holiday homes by the sea and the house in Austria are big houses with a garden, the nanny would have a separate bedroom with bathroom.

Duties:	Taking care of Maksim, playing with him, reading, playing, putting him to bed if I am not there, keeping his room and clothes clean and tidy, cooking for him, driving him to and from school if I am not available, the same for afternoon activities, helping out in the house, most importantly someone who is caring and will give him love, solidity and independence. While Maksim is at school there would be housework to do in the house.

Family's interests:	I work in the wine world, also own an organic ice cream shop and cafe. I have a degree in social entrepreneurship and am very involved in the community and the environment. We are a loving family with lots of friends and loved ones.
Where do you go on holiday?:	Mostly by the sea in Tuscany, sometimes visit friends for a weekend, we have a house in Austria when it gets too hot in Italy during the summer! In summer we will probably be at my mother's house by the sea in Bolgheri and travel a bit here and there to visit friends.
Do you have any animals?	Not at home but love animals, in the estate where we live there are chickens, 2 donkeys, 2 turkeys. At my mother's house we have 5 dogs.
Any other relevant information which you feel is important:	Maksim currently attends a nursery from 9 to 4 pm. I work from home but travel about once a week. Sometimes I am away for 2/3 days. We have always found flexible time solutions for whoever worked at home, making sure everybody is happy and confourtable. I am looking for someone long term to give Maksim but also myself stability. Maksim is an easy boy to be with, spirited and lively but also calm and well behaved, with a solid routine, he goes to sleep at 8 wakes at around 7.30, eats everything, loves being outdoors and swimming. We are a loving family, everybody who has been with us up till now has become part of the family, we welcome you with open arms!

Maksim currently attends nursery school in the mornings and comes home to for his afternoon nap. The nursery is in the hills above Fiesole and can be reached in approx 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bicycle. The family has always found flexible time solutions for who worked for them. Mum works part-time so some days are busier than others. The family live in a house on an estate in a beautiful park with a vegetable garden and woods above Florence in Fiesole. It is like being in the countryside but walking distance to the town of Fiesole and a bus/car/bicycle ride into Florence (approx 20 minutes).
