Job Description
| Cortina d'Ampezzo, Dolomites, Italy. Temporary position. Au-pair needed for 2 children aged 14 & 7. Both children are home schooled. The family live in the Dolomites in the well known ski resort of Cortina d'Ampezzo, within walking distance to the village. Dad is a banker, mum will not be working. The family speak English, French and of course Italian. Duties: getting the children ready in the morning, general child care, taking them out and about, helping with homework, taking the children to parties, having fun, the main focus is on teaching the children. Other help kept: a full-time housekeeper for the heavy housework for 12 hours per week. Requirements: Experience/Willing to do Housework/English Mother Tongue. Use of internet is given. 4 month placement. Accommodation: own private bedroom. Approx hrs of work: 8.00 am to 9.00 am. 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Total daily hrs: 5. Time off: 1 1/2 days including the evenings. You are asked to babysit for a maximum of 5 evenings a week. Salary: € 150.00 p/w, net. (approx £137.00 p/w, at the current rate of exchange). Family's interests: Sport (water and mountain ones). The family go on holiday to Cortina d'Ampezzo. This family is very well known to the agency and has been a client for many years.
