I am a qualified recruitment consultant with over 20 years experience in the child care industry. I initially started working in the industry in 1989 with The English-Italian Agency. I was then relocated to their Italian office where I oversaw the running of the office, set up a new branch, and liaised with high profile Italian clients. On returning to London in 2000 I then joined Totalnannies where I have been head of the positions department for 10 years. I deal with all overseas clients and have a vast experience in dealing with candidates and recruiting highly qualified child care staff. I often need to work to meet deadlines. Being a working mother myself with 2 children I fully appreciate the important of high quality, reliable child care and the support needed to recruit the right type of candidate. I also fully understand the pressure of not having a reliable child care support can put on a family and how sometimes solutions need to be found in a very short time frame.
