F165/10. Arcugnano, Nr Vicenza, North Italy. Temporary position. Au-pair needed for family with 1 child, Pietro aged 6. Religion: Christian. Dad is in commerce, mum works as a secretary. The family speak English and of course Italian. Other help kept: a housekeeper for 8 hours per week for the heavy housework. Requirements: Ability to Cook/Swimmer/Driver/Non-Smoker/Experience/English Mother Tongue/Willing to do Housework. Use of internet given. To start asap for 2 months. Approx hrs of work: 9.00am-12noon. 4.00pm-6.00pm. Total daily hrs: 5. Time off: 1 day including the evening and another 2 evenings off per week. You are asked to babysit for a maximum of 4 evenings a week if the parents have to go out. Salary: € 100.00 p/w, negotiable (around £ 90.00 p/w at the current rate of exchange).  The family live in a small village, 7kms from Vicenza near public transport. Accomodation: own private bedroom and private bathroom. Duties: Play with Pietro, go English coversation with the family's nieces who live in an apartment opposite family's apartment. Prepare Pietro for school in the mornings. Family's interests: Music, reading, film. The family may be going on holiday to the mountains during the Christmas holidays and to the seaside in the summer. They have fishes and a small dog. The hours of work are flexible but they will not go over 6 hours per day. The salary may be negotiable if work extra hours.
