F120/11. Montecatini Termi, Nr Pistoia, North Italy. Au-pair needed for single parent family with 1 child, Alessandro aged 14. Dad is separated and lives with his son on his own. Religion: R/C. Dad is a airline pilot. Other help kept: a houskeeper for 20 hours per week for all the housework. Requirements: Ability to Cook/Non-Smoker/Excellent English even if not English Mother Tongue. Use of car if you can drive and use of internet is provided. To start 1st September 2012 for 6 or 9 months. Approx hrs of work: 7.00am-9.00am. 4.00pm-9.00pm. Total daily hrs: 7. Time off: 2 days and all evenings. Salary: € 100.00 p/w,  negotiable (around £ 90.00 p/w at the current rate of exchange). Alessandro goes to school till 4.00pm from Monday to Friday. You do not need to take Alessandro to school. The family will be soon moving to Verona and they are looking for an apartment near the city centre and school. Verona is a lovely small town made famous by Romeo and Juliet not far from Venice. You will need to look after Alessandro when dad is away for work. This is for about 15 days and 10-11 nights a month. You need to be able to prepare some meals and to help Alessandro with his English homework. Apart from that you will have long periods when you are free during the month (9-10 days) and many hours free during the day whilst Alessandro is at school. Alessandro is 14 but is not yet able to live on his own (by law he is under age) whilst dad is away. Accommodation: own private bedroom. Duties:  You need to be responsible for Alessandro when dad is away for work. However Alessandro is already very independent. Family's interests: Holidays, sport. This is a great position for someone who wants to travel or study as there is a lot of free time.
