F042/12. Milan, North Italy. Summer position. Mother's help for 1 child, Michaela aged 5. Religion: R/C. Both parents are police officers. Requirements: Swimmer/Non-Smoker/Experience/English Mother Tongue. Use of internet given. To start 30th June 2012 for 2 months. Approx hrs of work: 9.00am-2.00pm. 4.00pm-8.00pm. Total daily hrs: 9. Time off: 1 1/2 days including evenings and another 3 evenings off per week. You are asked to babysit for a maximum of 2 evenings a week. Salary: € 200.00 p/w, negotiable (around £ 180.00 p/w, at the current rate of exchange). The family will be spending the summer near Gaeta in a beach resort. They will be staying in an apartment in the resort centre very near the beach. Accommodation: large private bedroom with window. The bathroom is shared. Duties: Take Michaela on the beach, apply suncream, supervise her when she goes into the sea, give her a shower, change her, mainly stimulate her to speak in English. Family's interests: Cinema, sport, books. The family go on holiday to Gaeta. It is essential that you stimulate the child to speak English, She can understand it well but she doesn't speak it much and what she does speak she doesn't speak very well. Milan is the fashion and financial capital of Italy. There are lots of things to see and do. The dolomites, lake region and Switzerland are not far away. There is a large international community and other nannies working in the area. A nice summer position by the beach where you get to experience two different parts of Italy.
