F020/12. Pistoia, Italy (Tuscany). Junior Nanny needed for 1 child, Francesco aged 2. Religion: R/C. Dad is a chartered account, mum is an estate agent. The family speak English and of course Italian. Other help kept: a housekeeper for all the housework. Requirements: Non-Smoker or willing to smoke only outside/Experience English Mother Tongue. Use of internet given. To start 6th June 2012 for 1 year. Approx hrs of work: 3.00pm-8.00pm. Total daily hrs: 5. Time off: 2 days including the evenings and another 3 evenings off per week. You are asked to babysit for a maximum of 2 evenings a week. Salary: € 120.00 p/w, negotiable (around £ 100.00 p/w, at the current rate of exchange). Francesco goes to nursery but you will not have to take him. The family live in the city centre. Accommodation: own private bedroom and bathroom. Duties: Clean and tidy your own bedroom and bathroom, play with Francesco, wash him, dress him, feed him. Your main duties will be to speak exclusively with Francesco in English (read him books in English, tell him stories in English, play games with him in English) etc. You should under no circumstances ever speak Italian in the family's home and in the presence of Franceso. You will have plenty of time to enroll in Italian language classes if you wish and of course will make friends where you can speak Italian, speak Italian when you are out and about in every day situations. The reason why the family want to employ a Junior Nanny is so that Francesco grows up bi-lingual so they don't want any Italian spoken with him. The family live in a lovely location 30kms from Florence.
