| Description of home and locality: | We live in the very centre of Milan, the most important business city in Italy, in a nice apartment near piazza del Duomo, the main cathedral. Public transportation, shops, schools, cinemas are all at a walking distance. During weekends we love to stay in Milan as well as going to the seaside or to the lake to visit our cousins (they have a great pool in their house!!). During the winter, we go to our new home in Courmayeur for the weekend. It's one of the most exclusive ski locations in the Alps, at the basis of Monte Bianco, the highest mountain in Europe. Children are learning to ski. And the aupair will also have the opportunity to learn to ski, if she/he likes it. |

| Duties: | 7 year old boys need a little assistance to get washed and dressed; the organisation of their stuff (cloths, toys, stationary, books...) is a duty of the aupair . There is however an housekeeper coming every day and cooking for the children, laundry and ironing. The Aupair will have a very important role for our children. Therefore, we consider him/her part of our family and we are willing to share with him/her our everyday life, our special events and everything we do that he/she might be interested in to share with us |

She/he must be sportive, very active, proactive and autoritative, Living with our family will be a great opportunity to learn about Italian lifestyle - fashion, design, food - to discover the latest trends and visit the most exclusive locations in Italy - all from a very priviledged position. School starts on 5th September and ends 30 June. Our children attend the a British school and go to school with a driver, picking them up from home. Being Italian mothertongue, they need to practice more English and improve their accent and fluency. When mom is not there, they need assistance during homeworks. The organisation of our routine: During school times, children come back from school at 4pm and we go to afterschool sport activities; all sport activities are at a walking distance from home. The Aupair will help mom to get the children ready for school in the morning, bring them to their afterschool activities, assist them during homework and dinner and send them to bed by 8.30max. |
Job Description
| Milan, North Italy. Au-pair needed for family with twin boys Guido and Gabriele aged 7. Religion:R/C. Dad is an Advisor, mum has her own business. The family speak English and of course Italian. The children go to a British school from the beginning of September to the end of June. The children go to school with a driver who comes and picks them up from home. As the children are Italian Mother Tongue they need to practice more their English and improve their accent and fluency. When mum is absent the children need help with their homework. The family routine is organised as follows: During term time the children come back from school at 4.00 pm and then they go to after school sport activities. All sport activities are at a walking distance from the family's home. You would help mum get the children ready for school in the mornings, take then to after school activities, help them to do their homework and help them during dinner time and put them to bed at maximum 8.30 pm. The family live right in the centre of Milan in a nice apartment near the central Piazza Duomo, the main cathedral. Public transport, the shops, schools, cinemas are all at walking distance. During the weekends the family love to stay in the city as well as going to the seaside or to the lake to visit their cousins (they have a great pool in their house). During the coming winter the family will be going to their new home in Courmayeur ski resort at the weekends. Courmayeur is one of the most exclusive ski resorts in the Alps, at the bottom of Mount Bianco, the highest mountain in Europe. The children will learn to ski and you will also have the opportunity to learn to ski if you like. Other help kept: a housekeeper for 30 hours per week for all the housework. Requirements: Non-Smoker/English Mother Tongue. The family The family give use of a car and internet. Minimum 6 month placement Accommodation: own private bedroom with a small balcony, TV, wifi and a bathroom only shared with the children Approx hrs of work: 7.00 am to 8.00 am 4.00 pm to 8.30 pm.
