Job Description
| Verona, North Italy. Au-pair needed for family with two children, Margot aged 5 1/2 and Clarissa aged 3. The family speak English, French and of course Italian. The family live in the centre of Verona near public transport. Other help kept: a housekeeper for 20 hours per week for all the housework. Requirements: Ability to Cook/Non-Smoker/Experience/English Mother Tongue. Use of internet is given. Minimum 6 month placement. Accommodation: own private bedroom with private bathroom. Approx hrs of work: 8.00 am to 10.00 am. 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Total daily hrs: 6. Time off: 1 day including the evening and another 4 evenings off per week. You are asked to babysit for a maximum of 2 evenings a week. Duties: Taking the children to school and picking them up, taking them outside in the garden or the the square to play, play with the children and read to them as much as possible including taking them to the library. Helping in preparing the older children's meals. Bathing the children. Salary: € 200.00 p/w, neg, net, (around £ 152.00 p/w, at the current rate of exchange). Family's interests: Reading, cooking, sharing special family times together, traveling. The family go on holiday to Europe and once a year they travel to France. Verona is a lovely town, the home or Romeo and Juliet and has a lovely amphitheater. It is not far from Venice. |
