Job Description
| Lodi, North Italy. Temporary position. Mother's help needed for family with 2 children, Camilla aged 7 & Margherita aged 5. Religion: R/C. Dad is an Executive Director, mum is a Professional. The family speak English, French, Spanish and Italian. They live in Lodi city center. The central square of Lodi is 3 minutes away, the railway station is 10 minutes away, everything is within walking distance. Other help kept: a housekeeper for the heavy housework. Requirements: Ability to Cook/Non-Smoker/Experience/English Mother tongue/Willing to do Housework. The family would like to go on their Christmas holidays with the candidate. Use of internet is given. 2 month placement. Accommodation: Private bedroom with garden view in Lodi. The bathroom is shared with the children. Approx hrs of work: 7.30 am to 10.30 am. 4.00 pm to 11.00 pm. Duties: Prepare the children's breakfast and wake up the girls. From time to time accompany them to school or during the holidays to outdoor activities. Housekeeping for the girls (washing and cleaning their bedrooms and your own bedroom and the shared bathroom, washing and ironing the girls' clothes etc). During the holidays housekeeping for the family when the housekeeper is not there. Organizing and cooking (with one of the parents) supper. Cleaning up the kitchen after meals and prepare the kitchen for breakfast. Putting the girls to bed. Some evenings you will have sole charge of the girls when the parents are out. Time off: 1 1/2 days including evenings. You are asked to babysit for a maximum of 5 evenings a week. Salary: € 400.00 p/w, negotiable (around £ 286.00 p/w, at the current rate of exchange). Family's interests: Theatre, sports, reading, friends etc. The family go on holiday to the Alps. Lodi is a nice medium sized town in the Lombardy region of Italy only 30kms in Milan. You will also have the opportunity to visit the Alps as the family will be going there during the Christmas holidays. |
