Job Description
| Bologna, North Italy. Au-pair needed for family with 2 children, Marco aged 4 1/2 & Sara aged 1 1/2. Both children go to nursery. The nursery can be reached on foot in 5 minutes from the family's home (800 meters). In the morning they need to be at nursery by 9.00 am and be picked up at 4.30 pm. You will need to prepare the children for nursery and taken them there on foot. Dad works in an office, mum has her own business. Religion: R/C. The family speak basic English and of course Italian. They live in the city center. Requirements: Non-Smoker/ Experience/Willing to do Housework/Minimal knowledge of Italian. Use of internet given. Minimum 6 month placement. Accommodation: own private small single bedroom in private area of family's apartment. Private bathroom located in area dedicated to the children. Approx hrs of work: 7.15 am to 9.15 am. 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Total daily hrs: 5. Duties: Prepare and take the children to nursery in the mornings. Pick the children up from nursery in the afternoons. Prepare supper for the children. Tidy up the apartment. Hoover twice a week. Time off: Weekends including the evenings and another 4 evenings off per week. You are asked to babysit for a maximum of 1 evening a week. Salary: € 150.00 p/w, negotiable (around £ 108.00 p/w, at the current rate of exchange). Family;s interests:Reading, cinema, travel.
