Job Description
| Impruneta, Nr Florence, North Italy. Mother's Help needed for family with 1 child, Ottavio aged 8 months. Religion: R/C. Dad is an architect, mum has her own business. The family speak English and of course Italian. They live in a country villa 5 kms outside of the center of Florence. The bus stop is outside the family's gate and it takes 20 minutes to get into the center of Florence by bus. The villa has a pool. Other help kept: a housekeeper for 40 hours per week for all the housework. Requirements: Non-Smoker/Experience English Mother Tongue. Use of internet is given. 6 month placement. Accommodation: own private bedroom with private bathroom. Wifi. TV. Approx hrs of work: 1.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Total daily hrs: 8. Time off: 1 1/2 days including the evenings and another 2 evenings off per week. You are asked to babysit for a maximum of 3 evenings a week. Duties: Take care of Ottavio, speak English to him, play with him. Keep his playroom tidy. Go with the family on short holidays in Italy to the mountains or seaside. Salary: € 250.00 p/w, negotiable (around £ 182.00 p/w, at the current rate of exchange). Family's interests: The family love to take part in sports, having dinner parties with their friends or going out to eat. The family's home also incorporates a farm with a bed and breakfast so they like to spend time with their guests. The family usually do not go on long holidays because they need to manage their farm. They have a private swimming pool at home and a large garden. Florence is famous the world over for its beautiful art work and is very popular with tourists all year round. There is a large international community and other nannies working nearby. |
