Kids speaks English since we always had English/ american girls before. |
Job Description
| Bologna, North Italy. Au-pair needed for family with 3 children, Giorgio 5, Giulia 3 & Gaia 5 months. Dad is a doctor, mum a biologist. The family employ a nanny for Gaia. The family speak English and of course Italian. Giorgio and Giulia go to nursery from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm (then can also stay in nursery till 5.00 pm). You will need to drop them to nursery and pick them up when the parents can't do it. Gaia is at home and she sleeps and eats. There is a nanny who looks after her. The family need a lot of flexibility when they are travelling. 3 out of 4 weekends are free and all evenings are free. The children speak English as they have always had English/American candidates before. The family live in the center of Bologna right in the city center. Everything is walking distance and buses are available as well. The children's school is a three minute walk and the train station is a 5 minute walk. Accommodation: Large private single bedroom with private bathroom. Other help kept: a housekeeper for 50 hours per week for all the housework and a nanny for Gaia. Requirements: Ability to Cook/Non-Smoker Experience/English Mother Tongue. The family are looking for a candidate who will be flexible. Use of internet given. Minimum 6 month contract. Approx hrs of work: 8.00 am to 8.30 am. 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm. Total daily hrs: 6. Duties: If the parents are not home dress and get the children ready for nursery, take the children to nursery. Look after the two older children in the afternoon, pick the older children up from nursery in the afternoon. Time off: 2 days per week and nearly all evenings. You are required to babysit for a maximum of 5 evenings a month. Salary: € 150.00 p/w (around £ 100.00 p/w at the current rate of exchange). Family's interests: Science languages, travelling.
