Job Description

Milan, North Italy. Short term Part-Time Junior Nanny needed for family with one child, Maria Sole aged 7. Religion: R/C. Dad is a consultant, mum is a director at R & D. The family speak English, French and of course Italian. Maria Sole goes to school from 8.00 am to 3.30 pm. You will not need to take her to school every day as the housekeeper does it. She is taken to school by bus and the school is 1 mile from the family's home. The family live in the center of Milan. Other help kept: a housekeeper for 55 hours per week for all the housework. Requirements: Non-Smoker Experience/English Mother Tongue. Use of internet given. 3 month placement. Accommodation: private bedroom. Approx hrs of work: 3.30 pm to 8. 30 pm. Total daily hrs: 5. Duties: In the afternoon when she comes home from school play with her in English and teach her English. Time off: Weekends including evenings and another 2 evenings off per week. You are asked to babysit for a maximum of 3 evenings a week. Salary: â‚¬ 200.00 p/w, (around Â£ 146.00 p/w at the current rate of exchange). Family's interests: Travel, films, reading. The family go on holiday to Courmayeur, Mont Blanc in the winter and to the beach (Sardinia or similar) in Italy in the summer. Milan is the financial and fashion capital of Italy. There are lots of things to see and do and there is a large international community. The Dolomites, Lake region and Swiss border are nearby. There are other mother's helps working in the area. An excellent position with plenty of free time, ideal for a candidate who has other interests they want to peruse such as learning the language or giving English conversation lessons.
