Job Description
| Salerno, South Italy. Short or long term position. Au-Pair needed for family with 2 children, Ginevra aged 3 1/2 & Ludovica aged 9. Ludovica goes to school full-time from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. You will only be asked to take her and pick her up in exceptional circumstances. Usually the parents or housekeeper do the school run. The school is located 100 meters from the family's home and is reached on foot. The position is in collaboration with mum and duties are shared with her. Dad is in commerce, mum does not work. The family live in a detached house near public transport, 5 minutes by bus or car from the city center. Other help kept: a housekeeper for all the housework. Requirements: Ability to Swim/English Mother Tongue. Use of internet is given. Minimum 2 month placement. Accommodation: own private bedroom with private bathroom. Approx hrs of work: 4.pm am to 9.00 pm. Total daily hrs: 36 per week. The extra 1 hour per day not work during the week will be worked at the weekend. The hours or work are flexible based on the family's needs. Time off: 1 day off per week including evenings. Another 4 evenings off per week. You are asked to babysit for a maximum of 2 evenings a week. The time off will be during the week. You will have one weekend off per month. Salary: € 165.00 p/w, negotiable (around £ 143.00 p/w, at the current rate of exchange). Family's interests: Sport, seaside. The family go on holiday to the seaside region of Liguria, to the beautiful island of Capri and Sardinia and the Amalfi coast.
